WE ARE SORRY: EL-TORO ENTERPRISES APOLOGISED TO ADEBORUWA, BASORUN AND JB FOR IGNORING DUE PROCESS ON PRIMARY HEALTH CENTER IGBOGBO

Prior to our recent report on the Primary Health Center construction work that was stopped owing to the fact that the Contractor jumped the due process before embarking on construction work. This of course necessitated the Kabiyesi, Oba Abdulsemiu Orimadegun Kasali, the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo and other authority concerned to step into the matter.

Prince Adeniyi Olaige Fadina, the Contractor who in charge of the building construction that is on-going at PHC, came in convoy of Chiefs to tender his unreserved apology to the King, for the manner in which the construction work began. He did not hesitate to establish that the eagerness and the time constraint involved, really made them ignore the due process. He promised that such will not repeat itself because he respect the throne of the King.

Without much ado, His Royal Majesty, Oba Abdulsemiu Orimadegun Kasali quickly reacted that what happened was necessitated by communication gap. He further said that there is no reasonable person that will oppose any good and laudable project of such magnitude. However, the project was stopped due to lack of the due process simply because if anything contrary emerged in such Local Government, the Council authority will be the first to be questioned.

Nevertheless, immediately El-Toro Enterprises' Convoy left the Palace, they went to the Council to tender their apology for by-passing the authority of the Council and that their action was not intentional.

The Sole Administrator, Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, Mrs Bolanle Basorun saluted their courage and advised them to always do things accordingly. The reputable Sole Administrator also used the privilege to applaud Hon Jimi Benson, MHR, for his hospitality and generosity towards Igbogbo Community with such laudable project.
