Hon. Nurudeen Sholaja-Saka, member, Lagos State House of Assembly, representing Ikorodu Constituency II, on wednesday, 15th of February, 2017, attended the Justice Forum meeting at the premises of Asiwaju Olorunfunmi Basorun, one of the respected leaders in Ikorodu division. The meeting which aimed at disseminating information at the grassroots holds every Wednesday.
The Olu-Omo of Imota Kingdom who was on a visit to see his political leader made used of the privilege to address some of his constituents. In his statement, he recognized the loyalty of the APC members for sacrificing their time for political meetings. He further reaffirmed that Governor Ambode, in collaboration with the Lagos State House of Assembly are working assiduously to make life better for the people of Lagos State.
It was on this note that Baba Aladura, Asiwaju Olorunfunmi Basorun advised the articulate legislator to keep up the good work and to remain focus towards the delivery his legislative duties. The former SSG, Lagos State and member, Governor's Advisory Committee, also implored Hon Sholaja not to wait till election period before visiting the meeting again.
Basorun further used the opportunity to advise Nigerians to have faith in the government of APC. He said, "we should ignore the rumors on the health of the President, Muhammadu Buhari, the President is fine and he's putting up different machineries to restore Nigeria to its old glory."
